Terms of Service
Last updated: January 2025. These terms govern your use of ZET.NET services and infrastructure.
1. Service Agreement
By ordering or using any ZET.NET services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Services are provided on the basis of a service order that specifies the particular services, pricing, and term. Each service order is subject to these general terms.
2. Service Level
ZET.NET commits to a 99.98% network availability SLA measured monthly. In the event of SLA breach, customers are entitled to service credits as defined in the applicable service order. Scheduled maintenance windows are excluded from SLA calculations and will be notified at least 72 hours in advance.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware or spam, to conduct denial-of-service attacks, or to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. ZET.NET reserves the right to suspend service in cases of policy violation.
4. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in service suspension. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
5. Limitation of Liability
ZET.NET's total liability for any claims arising from the services shall not exceed the fees paid by the customer in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ZET.NET shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate a service order with 30 days written notice, unless a minimum term applies. Upon termination, the customer is responsible for all fees accrued up to the termination date. Early termination of fixed-term agreements may incur remaining-term charges.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania.
